By booking a tour through this website, you agree that your booking and participation are governed by Walkabout Durham Ltd’s Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through the website or by contacting us directly.

  • Payments are accepted via secure checkout systems provided by Wix or a designated payment provider.

  • Tour availability is subject to confirmation.

  • Prices listed are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Cancellations:

  • You may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund.

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.

Company Cancellations:

  • In the rare event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, weather, safety), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancellations for private and customisable tours:​

  • The invoice for private and customised tours will contain any terms and conditions that might deviate from the above.

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • Participation in any walking tour or activity is at your own risk.

  • Walkabout Paris Tours accepts no responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during a tour.

  • You are responsible for your own safety and belongings throughout the tour.

5. User Conduct

By using our website or attending a tour, you agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or disrupt service functionality

  • Engage in illegal or disruptive behaviour during a tour

  • Infringe on the rights of other guests or third parties
